Information Collection and Use
Logistics Northwest is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Logistics Northwest collects information from our clients at several different points on our website.

Customer Account Creation
In order to use this website, our clients must first request a customer account be established for their use. You can request a customer account be opened for your company by sending mail to: operations@ralogistics.com, or by completing a Request For Quote form. During this process, our clients are required to give their contact information (such as contact name, business name, business address and email address). This information is used to contact our clients about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Quotes and Bills of Lading
We request additional, pertinent information from our clients on our Request for Quote and Bill of Lading forms. Here our clients must provide Consignee contact information (such as contact name, phone, and shipping address) and financial information (see Online Credit Applications.) This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill our customer's shipment requests. If we have trouble processing a shipment, this contact information is used to get in touch with our clients and or the Consignee to resolve the issue(s).

Online Credit Applications
We request credit information from our clients on our online credit application forms. This will include confidential company financial information. This information may be submitted alternatively via fax or regular mail. We do NOT require that you submit this information online, unless it is your desire to do so. If we have trouble processing a credit application, the gathered contact information is used to get in touch with our clients.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on our clients' hard drive containing information about our clients. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once our clients close their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, our clients would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. The use of cookies on our site is not optional.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing
We may, in the future, share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advisors. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person or business entity.

This website takes every precaution to protect our clients’ information. When clients submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

If our clients’ identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if our clients no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s data provided to us. To request your company's account information be removed from our site, please contact us.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes here, so that our clients are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
